Metal Pole Barn

Although the body of the barn is made of wood, several other parts are made from metal. The roof and siding, for example, are made of galvalume, an aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel giving the product a 25-year corrosion warranty. Galvalume is ideal for various outdoor applications, including as the material for roofing and siding. The roofing and siding for each metal pole barn are modified with siliconized polyester paint, which has a 40-year corrosion warranty.

Another major part of most pole barns is the sliding door. Some kits can be customized to have multiple sliding doors, and this may be necessary if you plan to use the structure like a horse barn. A sliding door added to your metal pole barn is made from a custom painted frame and has a metal bottom guide system.
Aside from these parts, all pole barns have wooden parts treated to be rot resistant. All kits have code-compliant wood trusses and treated eave and gable posts and skirt boards. Setting up any of these shelters is simple. All kits contain blueprints for securing and assembling the structure, and only a set of tools is needed.
